Potato Fry

Another of quick, easy and tasty fix.

Ingredients :-
  • 1 large or 2 medium potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • pinch turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • garam masala(optional)
  • oil
  • salt
Method I:-
  1. Heat about 2 tsp oil on pan.
  2. When heated add chilli powder and the sliced potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle tumeric powder, saute well and cover for 5-10 mins.
  4. As the potatoes get cooked sprinkle 1-2pinches garam masala and sesame seeds.
  5. One the potatoes are well cooked, add salt and mix well.
